Looks and feels much better than a clip-on tie. The adjustable lengths is great, I'm 6'10 so I was a little nervous ordering but this thing could even go longer if I needed it. The only downside is that the knot isn't always perfect, I ordered blue/white striped one on amazon that had a much nicer looking knot. It doesn't look bad, they're just not perfectly uniform.
